Sully Antique Car Show Returns! – June 19, 2022
After a two-year hiatus, the Sully Antique Car Show returns! June 19, 2022 is not only Fathers’ Day, it is the 47th Sully Antique Car Show, which is jointly sponsored by the Fairfax County Park Authority and the George Washington Chapter Model A Ford Club. The show is to be held 10:00 am – 3:30 pm at the Sully Historic Site, at 3650 Historic Sully Way, Chantilly, VA 20151.
Bring your old car to show (pre-1997) for $10 (if pre-registered by June 15) and you will have a good chance for a trophy, because there are thirty show classes with 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place trophies, as well as trophies for Best in Show and another for the favorite of the Sully Staff. Or, just bring yourself and your family to enjoy the show where you will see approximately 350 classic and antique cars, a Car Corral, special displays including Hit ‘n Miss engines and a “take-apart Model T Ford, a flea market, a selection of food vendors, a kids’ tent with amusements including free coloring books, live music from two bands, and a Century Parade featuring cars at least 100 years old. Tours of the first floor of the historic house are included with the price of admission, which is $12 for adults, $10 for seniors and $8 for children. Trophies will be awarded to the winners at 3:00 pm.
