This new resource came about as a result of locating experts in our areas to provide superior services and products leading to your ultimate enjoyment and satisfaction of your collector vehicle(s). As confirmed by several of these businesses and non-profits, this guide offers a new approach to reach the auto industry on a local level.
In the past, when “something broke,” most likely you towed your dream ride to a shop you thought was reputable only to discover later that the mechanic damaged something else, did not actually fix the problem, misled you about repairs you did not need or overcharged you well beyond the original estimate (and hopefully not more than one of these maladies at one time)!
As a result, our primary goal in publishing this resource is to steer you in the direction of 4 four star and better rated businesses. Accomplishing this one goal makes it all worthwhile to improve your experiences, but please refer to our other goals as expressed in Our Mission.
For most hobbyists in the 50 – 75 age group that prefer to read a printed resource, we publish an annual directory that you can keep in your glove box or garage with your owner’s and/or shop manuals.
For those that prefer to gather their information online, else we created this site to present the latest information and updates for our local collector car community. When you “cruise” through either the interactive or print (pdf) directory or you will see many sponsors who share our mission that should be the first on your list for any services needed herein. They want to hear from you so please mention that you found them in Collector Car Guide.
