ACO USA Members Event: An evening with Ben Keating

Meet Ben Keating, a man driven by an unquenchable thirst for speed and achievement. With ownership of an impressive array of 28 car dealerships that offer 17 different brands, Ben’s expertise in the automotive industry is undeniable. However, it is his unwavering love for racing that truly sets him apart.
Ben’s exhilarating journey began in 2006 when his wife, Kathleen, gifted him a “weekend at the track” for Christmas. From that pivotal moment, Ben’s destiny was sealed. At the age of 35, he embarked on a racing career with a Dodge Viper, competing in the esteemed Viper Racing League. Since then, his trajectory has soared to incredible heights.
Now at the age of 51, Ben stands as a seasoned and accomplished racer, boasting a plethora of victories and championships in both the IMSA and World Endurance Championship. His contributions have been pivotal to teams that have triumphed in some of the most renowned Endurance Sports Car races worldwide. Notably, his remarkable achievements include a class victory in the 2022 Le Mans 24 hours and a recent triumph at the 100th Le Mans 24 Hours Centenary race with Corvette Racing.
Despite commencing his racing journey relatively late, Ben’s relentless passion and determination have propelled him towards unparalleled success. Refusing to let age serve as a limitation, he exemplifies the belief that unwavering commitment and hard work can overcome any obstacle. Ben Keating stands as a true testament to the indomitable power of perseverance and the pursuit of one’s deepest passions.
