There is an alternate route to seeking candidacy in addition to selection by the Nomination Committee.  \n \nPer our Bylaws:\nArticle 4.05. Nomination. a. In order to be placed in nomination for the Board of Directors\, a candidate must be eligible and must either present a written petition signed by no fewer than twenty (20) Members. The deadline for 2022 nomination by petition is 12-August per Article 4.05 – Nominations: b. Last day for nominations per received by the Board. Nominations must be received by Board 60 days prior to election date (Annual Meeting).\n \nWDC Region’s Nomination Committee has selected and formally nominated Board of Directors candidates as follows:\n \n\nPam Richardson – Incumbent\nRuss Gardner – Incumbent (Secretary of the Board)\nMark Hillyer\nSteve Martin\nJeremy Butz\n\n \nCurrent Director Josh Rubenstein remains undecided on seeking reelection.\n \nWayne Armbrust\nChairman & Region Executive
