DESCRIPTION:This annual event brings together participants from many different programs into a single location where we can all experience a taste of different programs and have an opportunity to socialize with the broader PCA Potomac community at the dinner that caps the day.  \n  \nAs always\, the event is hosted in the main paddock at Summit Point Motorsports Park where there is a Driver’s Education event being held.  This is a great opportunity to walk through the paddock and see everything from regular street cars to PCA race cars and even a few Porsche factory race cars\, then wander out to the track and watch the cars in their native habitat! \n  \nJust a few hundred feet from the paddock the Autocross program will be running an event as well- -a really excellent environment to see drivers testing themselves and their cars around a low speed course defined by traffic cones.  Also this year for the low price of $1 you can get a “Taste of Autocross” by riding along with an experienced instructor! \n  \nBut wait\, there is more!  Drive and Dine will have an event that ends at the track\, we will have a car display and will need your help choosing the people’s choice award from the Concours crew\, and we will have a diecast car vendor\, and special items for Porsche Juniors  \nWrapping up the day will be Charity Laps on the main circuit (open to everyone and all types of cars – donation required)\, and finally our big social hour and dinner under the big tent.  \n  \nGo to the event pages on the website for details about individual program events and go to http://msreg.com/2022-pfest-dinner-tshirt to register for the dinner (happy hour included!) and get your own commemorative t-shirt. \n  \nIMPORTANT NOTE:  The deadline for ordering your event t-shirt is July 12th\, so get your order in now!

SUMMARY:Manchester Skyline Drive
DESCRIPTION:Join us for a fun half day driving the mountains of New England with a group of Audi enthusiasts (all make cars are welcome). We will start in Troy NY and travel over the Petersburgh pass into Massachusetts and then towards Cambridge NY. We will end in the charming village of Manchester VT. In Manchester we will drive up the Equinox Mountains skyline drive to the highest peak in the Taconic Range. This will end the drive sometime early afternoon.  The afternoon will be open for other activities of your choosing including hiking\, shopping or kayaking.  Local attractions include the Orvis Fly Fishing Museum and store\, Hildene Lincoln Family  home tour and lots of dining attractions. \n \n\nWe will start at the Dehnert homestead  at 315 Carrolls Grove Rd\, Troy\, NY at 10 AM. We have plenty of parking. Please plan to arrive by 9 AM.  We will have a short drivers meeting to review the drive\, schedule and how the drive will be conducted.  The drive will be rain or shine! SUMMARY:NEQ Social Event: Tanglewood Concert  
DESCRIPTION:Sunday\, July 17\, 2:30pm\n \nOn the Sunday following the Saturday Lime Rock IMSA WeatherTech and Michelin Pilot races\, we have planned a matinee event at Tanglewood. Tanglewood is the premier outdoor concert venue in New England. This is the summer home of the Boston Symphony Orchestra. Tanglewood’s stunning grounds offer the perfect backdrop for a summer afternoon of music.\n \nThe program features the American premier of Phoenix by Fazil Say and A German Requiem by Johannes Brahms. Andris Nelsons will be conducting the Boston Symphony Orchestra.\n \nNEQ will have space on the lawn marked off for NEQ members. Note that Tanglewood events are conducted rain or shine. Food\, beer\, and wine are available at various outlets on the Tanglewood grounds. You can also bring your own refreshments. We suggest you bring a blanket or chairs. Rental chairs are available. The gates open at 12pm.\n \nLinks to buy your concert tickets\nLawn tickets are $24 per person and can be purchased at the following website.  Select your LAWN seat | Boston Symphony Orchestra\n \nTickets are also available inside the Shed in case of rain. Inside tickets start at $47. Select your SHED seat | Boston Symphony Orchestra\n \nTanglewood is located at 297 West Street\, Lenox\, MA 01240. Parking is free. Enter the grounds at the West Street Main Gate entrance.\n \nTanglewood is located about an hour north of Lime Rock Park. If you are staying overnight in the area on Saturday night\, please note that hotels and motels near Tanglewood increase their prices and/or require multiple day reservations during the concert season. The Michelin Pilot Challenge Race featuring Audi RS3’s starts at 11am.  The feature WeatherTech Championship Race featuring GT3 Porsches\, Corvettes\, and maybe a R8 starts at 3pm. \n\n \nLink to buy your IMSA ticket\n \n\n\nPlease purchase a Race Day ticket here on the Lime Rock website for $70 at the link below. The track opens at 7am.\n\n\n  \n\n\nEvent Master\, Doug Maule\, will set up a tent for us with Audi banners. Turn right after you cross the auto bridge. Look for the tent next to the skid pad in space number 28 along the back straight.
