REGISTRATION IS LIVE!\nTighten up that belt buckle\, folks…Holley’s LS Fest is headed to the Texas Motor Speedway this June! Holley’s LS Fest shows have been wildly popular ever since the first one was held at Beech Bend\, Kentucky back in 2010. From those early shows at Beech Bend\, the crowds have become bigger and bigger. The show has spilled over into the nearby NCM Motorsports Park\, giving autocrossers and racers a second playground. In 2017\, a second LS Fest sprang up in Las Vegas and in addition to everything fans had come to love about the original\, the dirt racing facilities that Las Vegas Motor Speedway offered up brought a new facet to the show. There’s always been a demand for more\, and it only made sense to bring the next chapter of LS Fest to Texas. \nEach LS Fest event has their own flavor\, and for LS Fest Texas\, it will be the night life. Holley is starting the event later in the day to beat the Texas heat and each segment will continue after dark. The drag racing will take place on Texas Motor Speedway’s Pit Road and will be a true no-prep 1/8th mile drag race\, which will fit the night time vibe perfectly. Additionally\, the drifting\, dyno challenge\, show-n-shine\, autocross\, burnout contests and more will continue into the night as well.\n  \n“The LS engine is no stranger to the great state of Texas”\, stated Blane Burnett\, Holley’s Events Manager. “With numerous high-profile engine builders\, performance shops and LS enthusiasts located throughout the area\, we’ve felt that Texas needed an LS Fest of its own for quite some time. We’re thrilled to see that happen this year and can’t wait to see the variety of LS-powered machines and their owners that come out ready to get down at Texas Motor Speedway!” \nIf you have an LS or current Gen LT based V8 engine powering your ride or if you are considering a swap to LS or LT power\, this is your event! Race cars\, drift cars\, street rods\, rat rods\, muscle cars\, trucks\, late models…if they are powered by an LS or current LT engine\, they’re welcome to party at LS Fest Texas! Event/class champions will be crowned as well as an overall event champion for those that want to compete in multiple events. We hope to see you in the Lone Star State soon!

DESCRIPTION:The Washington DC Region of SCCA invites you to the June 2022 MARRS @ Summit Point Regional Race Weekend; June 18 – 19\, 2022 at\nSummit Point Motorsports Park. \nENTRY FEES: Single entry\, any race group: $395 must be registered by 11:59 pm Monday\, June 13th\, 2022. 2nd entry for same driver in any 2nd race group: add $195. 3rd entry for same driver in any 3rd race group: add another $195. Contact the region office for 3rd entry registration.\nNote: There will be no late entries accepted for this event and no at-track entries. \nEVERYONE: Please read the event “Supps”\n(Supplemental Regulations). \nPRACTICE DAY: Please note that the Friday prior to our event is an Open Practice day offered directly by the track.
