DESCRIPTION:Volunteer for The California 300!\nGet involved & experience the event in a unique way!\n \nThe California 300 will utilize over 100 volunteers in support of the event\, including race week activities\, like racer registration and the Off-Road Festival\, and the multiple days of intense racing action in the California desert.   \n\nIf you’re looking for an opportunity to get involved with the race\, here is your chance. We’re currently seeking motivated\, passionate people to help with all aspects of the event including pre-race festivities and race operations.  All volunteers will receive an event t-shirt and exclusive volunteer pin. \n \nRace Operations – Come experience the racing action in a unique way – There are three main positions to choose from. \nEvent Operations – There are many different ways to help volunteer for The California 300 that doesn’t get you dirty and dusty! \n\nThe California 300 Desert Cleanup powered by Clean Dezert Set for Saturday\, October 8th\nOff-Road enthusiasts to participate in massive local desert cleanup ahead of a new race event!  \n• The newest Martelli Brothers race will feature a massive desert cleanup ahead of race week\n• Clean-Dezert and the California 300 will partner on the cleanup to be held October 8th in Barstow\n• Sponsorship opportunities are now open for both the cleanup and the race event \nJune 13th\, 2022 – San Diego\, CA – The Martelli Brothers and Clean Dezert president Adam Filbin announced today that they are partnering up for a massive desert cleanup event on Saturday October 8th\, the weekend preceding the inaugural California 300 desert off-road race. The new race event marks the return of major desert off-road racing to the well known off-road recreation area after a twenty plus year hiatus. Filbin and his non-profit group Clean Dezert are no strangers to the Barstow area\, having produced multiple cleanups over the past five years. They are responsible for the removal of tons of illegally dumped trash and waste. The partnership will allow both groups to capitalize on their growing base of off-road enthusiasts and ensure the event leaves the surrounding desert in pristine shape when the race week concludes.

DESCRIPTION:CCC Track Day is a charity event organized by the Colonial Challenge Cup Inc\, a 501 (c) (3)\, and provides the opportunity for you to bring your car to a racetrack and learn your real capabilities as a driver in a controlled environment under the tutelage of experienced instructors. You may think that you are a good driver; but by the end of the day\, you will know the real truth! Without the restrictions of everyday traffic and standard road obstacles like the police\, Sunday drivers and mini-vans\, you will drive your own car (or a rental track car) on a racetrack for four twenty minute sessions with other drivers of similar experience.
